Why should I attend?

Under the Hood events provide a rare look into the inner workings of Talent Development teams at top Puget Sound organizations. This is an opportunity to learn from other high-performing teams, discover innovative approaches to problems you may face at work, and network with other local TD talent. It’s not often that a company says “Come on in and see how the sausage gets made!” and we’re confident you’ll find it’s a worthwhile investment.

Why should I host?

Just as attending a UTH event is a rare opportunity to be invited into someone else’s behind-the-scenes, hosting this event is uniquely rewarding. This your shot to show off the hard work your team puts in day in and day out. Hosting is intended to be low-pressure, high reward – we ask for your investment in simply revealing the process behind getting stuff done to a motivated audience of peers. You can share anything with the group from a team structure you’ve created that works particularly well to software you’ve discovered and how you use it to impact your organization.
