What will we be doing at Tableau?? Watch and learn!
In this ATD “Under the Hood” at Tableau, we will introduce you to Tableau’s leadership development journey over the past five years. We’ll share how we have worked collaboratively across a de-centralized Learning & Development function to share content and bring consistency even when our workstreams are separate. We will also highlight how we have used our product for learning data throughout this process. You will learn about our innovative approach to “leaders as coaches” by participating in a mini-experiential coaching workshop.
Finally, you’ll get the opportunity to continue the discussions and networking at a no-host happy hour from 4 - 7 pm.
Attendees will walk away with:
- About Tableau's leadership development journey
- The difference between coaching, mentoring, consulting, counseling, and training
- How to apply a coaching framework we use at Tableau
About Tableau:
We help people see and understand data. Seven words that drive everything we do. And they’ve never been more important.
In 2020 the world will generate 50 times the amount of data as in 2011 and 75 times the number of information sources (IDC, 2011). Within these data are huge opportunities for human advancement. But to turn opportunities into reality, people need the power of data at their fingertips. Tableau is building software to deliver exactly that.
Our products are transforming the way people use data to solve problems. We make analyzing data fast and easy, beautiful and useful. It’s software for anyone and everyone.
We are Tableau Software.
