In this ATDps “Under the Hood” at Zillow Group, we will take you through the Learning & Development team’s history, their mission and strategy on how to deliver the best learning solutions to their employees, and the big focus on career development over the last year and half. There will be plenty of time for an office tour including stops at the treadmill rooms, many kitchens and - of course - the candy wall!
In this session, you will learn how Zillow Group:

· Is tackling the Career Development conundrum.
· Uses employee survey data to build Learning & Development programs.
· Integrates the office layout and structure as part of the culture!

Hosts Bios
Corina Kolbe is the Senior Director of Learning & Development at Zillow Group, where she manages the team responsible for building employee and development programs, as well as talent management. Previously, Corina worked as a compensation manager at Nordstrom where she was responsible for all compensation functions for corporate-based positions. Prior to Nordstrom, Corina worked at Lockheed Martin in recruiting.
Corina is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Santa Clara University. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Ken, and her two children (Cohen, 13 and Emerson, 9) along with their labradoodle, Newman.
Lauren Bell is on the Sr. Program Manager on the Learning & Development team at Zillow Group. She focuses on building sustainable and scalable programs for all Zillow Group employees (referred to as “Zall”) to help employees stay engaged and growing with Zillow Group. Currently, Lauren’s attention is turned towards building a Talent Management program with Career Development as the foundation. When she’s not building programs for Zall, she consults teams within Zillow Group who want to increase their peer-to-peer learning.
Lauren holds a M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and a B.A. in Psychology from University of Puget Sound. Outside of the office, Lauren loves to ski with her husband and eat chips with guacamole whenever possible.
