Board Structure

 Coming Soon - President-Elect*

Sarah Schillen, MA, CPTD, Past President*

Sarah Schillen is a strategic Learning and Organization Development leader. Her specialty is finding creative solutions to both organizational challenges and performance/knowledge gaps and in developing learning experiences that are both fun and engaging. Her educational background includes an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Washington. This background lends to an ability to identify the combination of group levers and individual motivations involved in the dynamics operating within an organization.

Her passion for helping others grow and flourish began at a young age while being heavily involved in performing arts music education programs. Through music, she learned the value of investing energy into the success of others. Today this belief rings true in her professional career.

Valentina Pribble - Director of Finance*

Valentina Pribble is currently a US Learning Partner at Zulily. This role grants her the opportunity to support all aspects of individual growth and development at Zulily and Zulily's sister companies: QVC, HSN, and a few Cornerstone retail brands. Her educational background includes an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and a B.A. in Psychology from Northwest University.

From a young age, Valentina admired her aunt's role as a high school teacher and aspired to do the same. Overtime, she also developed a strong passion for helping others and briefly considered the traditional psychology path of becoming a therapist. After being exposed to an industrial and organizational course in undergraduate studies, she became inspired to marry the two passions, teaching and helping people develop, by entering the corporate learning field. Valentina enjoys the creativity of instructional design, the opportunity to connect with others through facilitation, and consulting with key stakeholders to identify learning needs.

Valentina enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and activities such as camping, hiking, board games, and disc golf.
