In this 1.5 hour interactive workshop, you will find that Learning leadership isn’t about the title that appears on your business card, or where you appear in your organization’s org chart. It’s also not about traits that people do or do not have. Leadership is about the choices we make, and the behaviors and actions we take based on those choices.

In this session, you will explore:
  • Specific behaviors that form the foundation of learning leadership
  • What these behaviors look like in practice and how they help others view you as a leader in your organization
  • Resources to help you build and apply these behaviors in your work

David Kelly constantly explores the convergence of learning and technology, demonstrating a profound commitment to transforming workplaces and enriching lives through innovative learning strategies. With over two decades of experience in learning and performance leadership and consulting, he brings his passion to life in his daily work as a dynamic strategist, speaker, & writer, inspiring others to view their work through a fresh, technology-enhanced lens. He is the former Chairman & CEO of the Learning Guild.
