ATDps: March 2022 Virtual Member Event
Are you an L&D professional that's just been asked to report on your organization's training data? Have you picked a learning measurement strategy, and now you need to get started on working with your data? Then this is the session for you!
In this session, you’ll get hands-on, practical experience to both learn and apply basic data visualization principles and create a simple dashboard. If you are new to quantitative analysis and want to build your data skills in the context of learning and training data, this session is for you!
Session participants will be able to:
- Discuss the (free!) tools needed to work with training data
- Choose the right visualization for their data
- Take a data set and create a visualization
Join ATD Puget Sound, as Bethany guides us through an exercise to build custom data visualizations that support L&D. After the session concludes, you'll be able to take your organization's data and start creating powerful visuals that tell a story for your stakeholders.
