Cindy Healy has over 25 years experience in technology and leadership. For the past 16 years, she has held various leadership roles at Microsoft all with a common thread of driving efficiencies and improving experiences. She is currently the leader of an organization focused on sales enablement and onboarding, helping people be successful in their careers, a dream job. In 2016, Cindy was awarded the Microsoft’s Circle of Excellence award, Microsoft’s highest level of individual recognition.
Cindy has been a sought-after mentor, speaker and STEM advocate throughout her career and in 2017 made the leap to becoming a certified professional coach. She is passionate about using her story to inspire others to identify their dreams and plot a course of action to achieve them.
Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University. Outside of work, she enjoys paddle boarding and visiting the many beaches near her new home on the island of Hawaii.

Anesat Leon-Guerrero (she/her) has worked with Fortune 500 companies in defining their vision, strategy and solutions for learning and enterprise training for their next era of business. She has a Master's in Adult Education and applies an equity centered design framework into her practice.
Kamille Ramirez has dedicated her career to being an education and enablement professional. She began her professional life in sales and technical training for a large NW retailer. This love for tech and leveraging it in learning experiences has been critical as she's watched the industry mature and evolve. Her experiences have taken her to China to enable growth for a K-12 education company, to returning home and moving into B2B enablement for Seattle tech organizations. She is driven by helping learners achieve their goals and takes pride in mentoring other professionals in the space. When she's not keeping busy at Outreach, you can find her teaching her Silver Lab what not to do!
