Performance Improvement for a Virtual Workforce

EVENT DESCRIPTION

After the pandemic, working remotely will continue to be the norm for many employees. What have we learned from this first year of transitioning into a virtual workforce? How can we continue to build on these key learnings moving forward to continue to raise the bar and disrupt the status quo when our day-to-day touchpoints are no longer present? In "Performance Improvement for a Virtual Workforce," we will explore how to help each other thrive, create alignment amongst teams and individual contributors by learning how to adopt an agile way of working. Join us to learn how Mary Fairchild, Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion, John Martinez, Director of Cloud R&D and DevRel at Palo Alto Networks, and Dr. Christina Johnson, Training and Development Coordinator at Kaweah Delta Health Care District determine their team’s priorities and provide guidance for performance improvement.
