Calling all learning leaders!
If you are responsible for driving learning initiatives, then this event was made just for you.
You have the skills to create dynamic learning experiences.
But do you have the skills needed to sell them?
Ensuring your workforce has the skills and knowledge it needs is a vital business strategy for organizations seeking to stay relevant in the coming years. As talent development professionals, it is our responsibility to play a key part of forming this strategy and to provide programming that helps people and organizations thrive. At "The Business of Learning," we will explore how to successfully pitch ideas, market your programs, and show a return on investment.
The main event! Business Leader Panel
Have you ever wanted to ask an executive "What does it take for you to say 'yes' to a learning program?" or "How can I convince you to give me money?" or "What kind of metrics matter to you?"...here's your chance! Our Business Leader Panel will share their thoughts on these questions and more!
Panelists include:
Cecilia Cayetano – Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Educative
Eleanor Bradley – Chief Commercial Officer of Pacific Science Center
Justine Galbraith - Regional Vice President, Sales of Skillsoft
Mika Yamamoto - Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer of F5
Robert Duffy - Vice President, Software Engineering of Salesforce
“The Business of Learning” coincides with the Association for Talent Development’s Employee Learning Week (December 2-6), which is an awareness campaign highlighting the important connection between learning and achieving organizational results.
