CPLP Study Interest Group

Summary: The CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) Study Group sessions cover all ten chapters in the ATD Learning System. This is definitely for CPLP candidates, people who are considering becoming CPLP candidates, and other professionals interested in learning more about the field of talent development.

Agenda: Based on the “Preparing for the CPLP Participant Guide”, we’ll study for The Knowledge Exam and the Skills Application Exam (SAE). During our online group, we’ll discuss the content, do case studies together, assign practice tests and homework in between sessions. Each session will be focused on 1-2 Areas of Expertise (AOE) and in order of % weight on the exam (this order is subject to change):

5) Learning Technologies and Evaluating Learning Impact; Determine action plan for Skills Application Exam (SAE)

Optional Additional Session: Test Taking Strategies/Practice Tests: Knowledge Exam and Skills Application Exam (SAE)/Additional focus on AOE of choice
