The Agility of a Learning Culture: Creating a Learning Culture that Enables People to Meet the Demands of Change

A learning culture creates the connective thread throughout your organization that enables cross-functional collaboration and supports individual and organizational success in the face of rapid change. This session will provide strategies and practical tools and tips to create a learning culture that shifts the organizational culture in an environment of change. Harnessing the power of the collective to move the organization forward is critical to success for organizations today. Matrixed organizations with more cross-functional teams that are constantly having to adapt to changing markets, environmental restrictions or requirements, and competitor proliferation must be agile to compete. A learning culture supports effective knowledge sharing and continuous learning and equips people to perform successfully despite obstacles by keeping everyone ready, able, and willing to maximize performance.

In this interactive session, you will learn how establishing a learning culture can support an agile workforce, what a learning culture is, why it is key to successful change leadership, how a learning culture is enhanced by effective knowledge sharing and best practices, and discover a methodology for ensuring successful implementation of a strategic learning culture. You will leave with a step-by-step process for successfully implementing a strategy that calls for creation of a learning culture.
