Position Summary:
Manages an integrated team responsible for quality, service levels, and cost effective delivery of education for MultiCare staff. Oversees clinical educators responsible for initial and ongoing education to achieve high quality patient care and optimal outcomes. Monitors information daily as appropriate including metrics, customer requirements and staff engagement and productivity. Evaluates the services provided and outcomes achieved by the team and recommends enhancements and/or improvements for curriculum, programs and services. Ensures consistent compliance with MultiCare policies/standards and federal, state and local regulations.

Minimum Requirements:
5 years experience in clinical specialty
6 years experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity required
5 years experience in education

Education/Licenses/Certifications:  
Master’s Degree required in relevant field
Current WA State RN License
