The Sales Training & Communication team at Premera Blue Cross – Mountlake Terrace Campus is looking for a Sales Effectiveness Consultant to lead assessment, strategic planning, development, implementation and measurement of internal training and development curricula. This position will work closely with and across teams that span Sales, Marketing, Product, Program, and Research in identifying and prioritizing training needs, solutions and strategies to ensure that our sales team has the information and resources necessary to meet the goals of their customers. Qualifications include bachelor degree, 5 years experience in L&D, adult learning, instructional design, classroom deliver and/or sales; strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to develop strong, successful business relationships with internal teammates and customers; ability to self-manage time and resources; excellent computer skills; demonstrated writing skills; effective verbal communication; and the ability to travel 10-15%.
