The Learning and Development Specialist provides assistance and support to administrators and end users of our learning management system and offers accurate solutions to a variety of training scenarios, all while delivering a high level of customer service. Additionally, this role plays an active part in the development and execution of training programs across the company by contributing their expertise and input that promotes excellence in learning. The Learning and Development Specialist position regularly interacts with members of the learning and development and human resources teams, in addition to subject matter experts, key stakeholders, instructors, students, and others, as needed.
