Summary: Reporting to the Assessment Manager, the Assessment Analyst will research, develop, design, launch, and evaluate measurement of student performance and readiness. This information is intended to inform business decisions and process improvement; as well as empower individual student success through individualized support services. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in the development and delivery of student readiness and achievement data. The Assessment Analyst

will be responsible for design, coordination, development, and deployment of educational testing with emphasis on competency acquisition, application, and retention, as well as workforce readiness. Implementing procedures for assessment deployment, ensuring the veracity of data, and validating assessment methods and results are part of this portfolio.
