A basic understanding of computing concepts and of eLearning is helpful. Managers may also benefit from seeing the creation and development process so they may more accurately estimate course development time and cost. A basic understanding of computing concepts (zipping/unzipping files, etc.) is required. A basic understanding of eLearning is helpful.
