Mitigating the Perfect Storm: How anticipating change saturation can lead to better enterprise change management

Today’s organizations change like the weather. Employees suffer from change saturation, CEOs seek greater organizational agility, and the pace of change continues to increase.  This session will discuss change saturation and tools that predict change collisions, enable change practitioners to better ensure business readiness, and minimize organizational risk.

Understanding and being able to predict “change collisions”—the intersection of multiple change initiatives in an organization or a point in time gives change practitioners the ability to manage change at a higher level—transcending from project change management to an enterprise view. As organizations continue to face an ever increasing amount of change, making the leap from project change management to enterprise change management is a critical skill to more effectively create change capable organizations.

Participants will walk away with a better understanding of the symptoms of change saturation, and the ability to use tools to  identify potential areas of change saturation in their own organizations.
