ASTDps: July 2013 Chapter Meeting
Stress and Burnout in the Training World
Please note the meeting date of July 18
Have you been asked recently to cut costs, take on more work, or create still another new training program without additional resources? Have you wondered how you were ever going to get it all done? What about your program participants? How is stress impacting their ability to be successful in the training programs you are delivering?
In this fun and engaging session we will look at the impacts stress has on both the trainer and the learner. Then, moving beyond generic advice like “eat well and try yoga,” participants in this session will learn to identify common stressors and symptoms and walk away more confident in their ability to directly combat stress wherever they find it.
