Renew & Reignite: A New Year Workshop

This hands-on, highly interactive virtual workshop is all about you. It’s designed to give you the space, tools, and guidance to reflect on the past year, release what no longer serves you, and refocus on your personal growth and goals for the new year. Your own experiences from 2024 will be the foundation of this workshop—you are the content, and your reflections will shapeyour learning journey.

To make the most of this experience, here’s what you need to do to prepare:

1. Bring Your Year to Life

Take some time before the workshop to reflect on your 2024. Think about the choices you made, the moments that mattered, and how you spent your time. You might want to jot down some highlights or challenges—this doesn’t need to be exhaustive, just meaningful to you.

2. Consider What You’re Ready to Release

Think about anything from the past year that you’d like to let go of: regrets, frustrations, mistakes, or emotional weight. Reflecting on this in advance will help you approach this stepwith clarity.

3. Come Open and Ready to Grow

This workshop is personal and transformative because it’s focused entirely on you. Be ready to share (to the extent you’re comfortable), listen, and engage. The process of reflection, dialogue, and action planning will help you create capacity for new insights and continued growth.

4. Be ready to capture your thoughts.

Have something handy for jotting down notes during the session—whether it’s a notebook, a digital device, or whatever works best for you.

This workshop follows a simple yet powerful 3-Step approach:

Step 1: Remember – Reflect on 2024 and acknowledge the choices and moments that shaped your year.

Step 2: Release – Identify what you want to let go of—this is your opportunity to free yourself from anything holding you back.

Step 3: Re-Focus – Visualize your intentions for 2025 and plan actionable steps to bring them to life.

Come as you are, with your reflections, stories, and aspirations for the year ahead. Together, we’ll create a space for discovery, connection, and meaningful growth.

So that you AND others receive the most value from this experience, here are the expectations for how to show up, ready to engage and participate:

  • End-to-End Attendance: Please plan to be present from beginning to end.
  • Be Stationary: Please participate from a stationary spot. Participation from a moving vehicle, while on a walk, etc. is not ideal for this type of experience.
  • Prepare to be in a location where you can interact verbally and take notes.
  • Full Engagement: Please have both your video and audio on through your computer, laptop, or mobile device and we encourage you to use headphones (not computer speakers) to enable the best experience for yourself and others.
