Do your instructional designs deliver the emotional impact necessary for behavior change?

Are you struggling to motivate passive participants who appear stuck, unable and/or unwilling to change?

Have you ever delivered a learning program which people say they love; yet there is no evidence of REAL change?

If these questions resonate with you, or if you simply want some storytelling tips and tricks, then the “Storytelling for Instructional Design,” seminar is for you. In this 3-hour seminar, you will learn basic story structure, story mechanics, story crafting, and storytelling so that your learning designs will land with impact.

In this hands-on seminar, you will learn HOW & WHEN to include real, relevant, brief stories in your instructional designs utilizing neuroscience. We will also create and tell some cool stories together.

The result: You and your learners will feel engaged and ready to act.

You will also discover how to craft and tell a story for instructional design the Why Story Works way via our signature F.L.L.E.A. method. The F.L.L.E.A. method helps classify stories into one of The 5 Neurological Responses Inherent in Any Good Story: Fear, Love, Longing, Empathy, and Action.

Storytelling is so much more than, “Once Upon a Time…” It is a powerful tool instructional designers can leverage to make ideas clear to create change.

Sign up today to learn how to communicate your ideas through the magic of story!

Takeaways for Participants:

1.    Participants guide with detailed bibliography and resources for continued learning.

2.    All handouts and ancillary tools used during the session.

3.    At the moment story coaching and feedback for a new or existing story created for a current or future instructional design project.

What new skills and outcomes will attendees walk away with?
