Meet people from private and public sectors in training, coaching, performance improvement, human resources, leadership development, and organizational development with an emphasis on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in our work. This interest group's overall goal is to exchange ideas, share best practices and strategies, and resources to help shift the culture of Talent Development through DEI lenses and build a culture that weaves DEI into the fabric of our work. There are so many terms and definitions that it is simply mind-blowing. This DEI with Delgado will discuss the multiple "isms" we discuss in the DEI world that greatly impacts employee engagement and organizational objectives. Racism, Colorism, Ageism, Sexism, and that's just scratching the surface. Let's discuss the nuances of these "isms" and how they show up in our professional and personal lives.
