Learn to apply Writing EQ to both inform and connect with your readers with this interactive session on High-Value Writing. In today’s remote environment, we often write to people we may never meet in person. When entire relationships exist through writing, using emotional intelligence in our writing can help us build productive connections and advance in meeting our goals at the same time.

What new skills and outcomes will attendees walk away with?

Understand the emotional impact of our words on our readers

Recognize writing’s role in building successful relationships

Leverage “Writing EQ” to tailor your message to your reader’s needs

Write to both inform AND connect with your reader"
