ATDps Mentorship Program Kick Off

ATD Puget Sound (ATDps) is excited to kickoff of our new Mentorship Program on June 13! This program provides the opportunity to learn, develop skills, and network in a supportive environment. The intent to help you reach your professional goals and increase your value and potential in the workplace. We hope the structure and relationships provided throughout this mentorship program will help you grow and get further connected in our amazing community and field of work. 

Now is your chance! Please set time aside for our kickoff session on June 13 to learn about the structure of the program, the goals and expectations, and resources available. During the meeting you’ll get one-on-one time with your partner and the opportunity to establish your meeting cadence. Bring your lunch to this informal kickoff event.

In this program we aim to:

• Create empowering learning experiences for professional growth.
• Network with other professionals while tuning up personal leadership skills.
• Overcome obstacles that may stand in the way of career success.
• Recognize your potential as a contributing force in ATD Puget Sound.

The requirements are: 

• Commit to six months mentoring partnership (June – November 2023).
• Commit to meet on a regular basis – estimated at two hours per month. (Actual time spent is based on agreement between mentor and mentee.)
• Participate actively in mentoring program surveys and Slack conversations.
• Notify the administration if there is any difficulty in goal setting or mentoring progress.
