This workshop is a three-hour expansion of the standing-room-only presentation Neal Otto gave at the 2011 conference. This will be a hands-on class where participants will learn how to use Microsoft Outlook more efficiently to get less email, spend less time processing and searching messages, and communicate more clearly.
