There is both a science and an art to great teams. You can establish the conditions that set the stage and provide the opportunity for brilliant collaboration and meaningful accomplishment of the team. The framework comes from decades of research and is the best validated model for predicting performance in real world teams, accounting for up to 80% of a team’s effectiveness.

In this interactive session Dr. Krister Lowe, Social-Organizational Psychologist and leadership team coach, will introduce this approach to accelerating team effectiveness. 

The session will cover:

  • The changing landscape of teams and team effectiveness in organizations

  • The 6 Conditions for Team Effectiveness Framework

  • Structural and Emergent Process Coaching

  • A case study example of coaching a leadership team over 6 months

During the session Dr. Lowe will help you reflect on your own team experiences as team leaders, team members and/or team facilitators/coaches and walk away with a few tips and resources for immediate application.

Krister has more than 20 years of experience providing learning and development interventions to diverse organizations in 30+ countries globally.
