Jamie Latiano Jacobs is an award winning leader and entrepreneur who has led
diverse organizations through growth, change, and transformation for more than 20 years. Her experience ranges from independent startups to global Fortune 50s, in an even broader range of industries. Jamie is the co-founder of the modern talent collective, Gig Talent (www.gogigtalent.com) and High Performanceology (www.highperformanceology.com), a management consulting firm.
In addition to her growing businesses, Jamie partners as an executive coach and transformation leader with leaders and companies on their authentic journey, identify their leadership values and voice and building differentiating organizations cultures, with the singular goal of creating organizations that win the marketplace. Jamie lives the philosophy of life she helps every one of her clients work toward: finding the “Hell Yes!” in their life and creating the space for others to do the same.
She is a former president of the National Human Resources Association, a professor at USC's Bovard College Masters in Human Resources Management Program, as well as an ICF professional certified coach (PCC). She has been recognized with accolades like the 2016 HR Superstar by HRO Today and the Women Who Mean Business Award by the San Diego Business Journal.
Jamie is the author of the newly published book, Designing Exceptional Organizational Cultures and is a highly sought-after speaker in areas of leadership, self-development, company culture, the future of work and entrepreneurship. She lives in Carlsbad, California, with her husband, children, and two dogs.
