Leadership Development Interest Group

This community of practice group shares a passion for advancing the discipline of leadership development. We welcome anyone that shares an interest in leadership and professional development topics--from veterans to those that are new to the field! We’ll rotate each meeting with a networking event or structured learning event.  

Our theme is "Inclusive Leadership Development" We'll be discussing and sharing best practices on making leadership development more inclusive.

**Special Note: At Rover HQ, many employees take their dog to work--so you may run into a furry friend (or a few)! All employee dogs are up-to-date on their vaccinations. Please note, however, no guest dogs will be permitted for this event (the only exception is a certified service animal).
