This community of practice group shares a passion for advancing the discipline of leadership development. We welcome anyone that shares an interest in leadership and professional development topics--from veterans to those that are new to the field! We’ll rotate each meeting with a networking event or structured learning event.

In keeping with the ATDps theme for Second Quarter 2021 - Soft Skills, the Leadership Development SIG will address the following:

• What soft skills do Emerging Leaders need to develop?
• How does one determine soft skills gaps?
• What are best practices for addressing the soft skills gaps of Emerging Leaders?
