Do you ‘Corporate U’?
Do you want ways to raise the bar on your current training program?
Are you starting a corporate university in your organization?
Are your clients asking for advice on training design and delivery for their internal colleges?
Join us for a panel discussion with experts as they share their insights and secrets to creating a successful corporate university - with limited resources.
You will:
•· Learn the benefits of establishing a corporate university training program
•· Hear mistakes and pitfalls to avoid, plus success stories
•· Learn how to measure effectiveness
•· Take away best practices on how to structure a corporate university program
The panel discussion will include three unique perspectives representing the manufacturing, banking, and nonprofit/educational organizations. No matter where you work or what your role is, you will take away applicable ideas to minimize implementation time, avoid mistakes, and maximize your budget.
