Over the course of my career I have worked in and supported a wide range of industries from the IT department at Starbucks, Training & Tribal Development at Muckleshoot Casino, training for all manufacturing new hires Exotic Metals (an aerospace supplier) and most recently Executive Assistant to the VP of Instruction.

Needless to say, I have planned A LOT of events! 

But until 9/20, I had never done it virtually.  I will share with you what I have learned to make a seamless event, whether it is onboarding, training or learning session.
