Speaker Bio: 

Jessica Loving is a dynamic professional with 12+ years of experience in consulting, project management, leadership, mentoring, and facilitation. She holds a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is PMP and SAFe® 4 Scrum Master certified. As a consultant and project manager, Jessica combines industrial-organizational psychology education with business expertise to help teams identify opportunities in their operations and then develop and execute their plans to success. As an instructor and adjunct university faculty, she designs and facilitates engaging classes and workshops on a variety of topics, including Project Management basics and practical application of academic research. Jessica brings creativity, honesty, and laughter to every engagement. Her clients and colleagues appreciate her no-nonsense approach and know she is as invested in their potential and success as they are.
