EVENT DESCRIPTION
How do your programs and initiatives impact the business and the bottom line? Do you articulate the value of your work in language that your business leaders understand?
In this interactive session, we will collaboratively explore how your programs and initiatives align to your organization's key business drivers; how you can differentiate between the means (e.g., learning programs) and the end business outcome; how you can become a consultant to your business partners.
