Speaker Bio: Allison St. John
Allison St. John, co-founder of The Remote Leader Project, facilitates leadership development and change management sessions, both virtually and in-person. She uncovers the root causes of business problems, especially in the midst of organizational or leadership change.
As a communications and adult learning expert, Allison brings talent development design expertise to every presentation and client engagement. Whether it's a virtual or in-person session, the end result is the same: highly impactful adult learning that converts into implemented action.
She leads a remote team, facilitates both in-person and virtual leadership courses for Fortune 500 companies, and teaches other remote workers how to master virtual leadership.
