Taking a dive in the think tank to explore level 3 evaluations!
As talent development professionals, we must measure the degree to which participants apply what they learned during training when they are back on the job. During our think tank session, we will be sharing our successes/failures and combining our expertise and experience to produce some real-world possibilities to implement level 3 evaluations within our organizations. This event is less about learning and networking and more about innovating and sharing.
