This presentation is based on the recent ASTD Press title, Integrated Talent Management Scorecards: Insights From World-Class Organizations on Demonstrating Value. Co-author Lynn Schmidt will present a talent management model that includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, succession management, and engagement and retention. She will provide methods for evaluating the results and impact of talent management initiatives. Learn how top global organizations are using scorecards to demonstrate the value of talent management at the initiative, functional, and organizational levels.

About the Presenter

Lynn Schmidt, PhD
Lynn has 26 years of experience as a talent management and organization development leader in large corporations. Currently, she is a talent management leader at Group Health Cooperative and has responsibility for succession management, leadership development, coaching, leader onboarding, and performance management. Lynn has received her certification in ROI evaluation, served as the chairperson of the ASTD ROI Network Advisory Committee for two years, and was a recipient of the ROI Practitioner of the Year Award
