Amazon is seeking a delivery-oriented Employee Training Coordinator to join our Recruiting Services team for a contract position until the end of the year. This role will focus on managing the implementation of a new training program we are launching. As the first point of contact this person will partner with recruiters, business leaders, and instructional designers. The ideal candidate will have a proven record managing complex projects, excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing the implementation and logistics of the new training program
Managing the training program within our Learning Management System
Supporting the collection and reporting of course evaluation feedback
Basic Qualifications
4+ years experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience with Excel
Ability to identify and resolve issues independently
Experience working with a high transaction environment with accuracy
Project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Human Resources or Recruiting experience
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
Genuine customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
Ability to serve multiple customers (trainers, recruiters)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to identify and resolve issues independently
