This presentation will introduce a framework for understanding creative thinking called FourSight, which will enable attendees to focus their creative problem-solving to resolve complex situations, encourage innovative thinking, and work with their clients to more effectively create targeted, well-considered solutions. Participants will come to understand their unique patterns of thinking and learn to steer themselves more deliberately towards their goals. This field-tested framework helps to demystify the process of creativity and innovation so that any team can achieve performance breakthroughs.

ABOUT THE PRESENTOR

Chris Grivas is a Seattle-based organizational development consultant who focuses primarily on organizational and leadership development to increase the creative capacity of individuals, teams, and organizations.
