Summary:   Reporting to the Assessment Manager, the Assessment Item Writer will be responsible for the creation of test questions for all Home Care Aide courses. Using industry-sourced competency domains and performance standards, the Assessment Item Writer will author unique, equitable question-and-answer choices in formats including multiple choice, scenario, and fill-in-the-blank.
