ASTDps: November 2013 Chapter Meeting
Be prepared to discover a superior, but rarely used approach to integrating talent development based on fresh research about what exceptional managers actually do. This approach puts managers at the center of development, integrating it with performance results on a daily basis, and providing a strong demand for training that gets applied.
Through small group exercises, including a mini-organizational assessment, participants will discover the proven practices that Exceptional Development Managers (EDMs) use to develop people while getting results and discuss breakthrough ideas to influence new momentum to increase managers’ integration of talent development in putting managers as the central force for developing people.
