No longer is it acceptable to spend vast amounts of money of coaching programs and initiatives. Executives at all levels want to see results undefined including the financial ROI.

This session will describe how you can evaluate coaching using the ROI Methodology. During the session you will learn the five levels of evaluation, six types of data generated by the ROI Methodology, ten steps in the ROI process, and the 12 guiding principles. You will also be presented a case study describing the application of the ROI Methodology.
