INNOVATION INITIATIVE Session #2:
Creativity & Innovation Panel

ASTDps is launching a new series through its Creativity and Innovation SIG (Special Interest Group) to help raise awareness and provide initial training related to increasing organizational innovation.  Our intent is nothing less than to lay the crucial foundations of learning and knowledge that will help the Puget Sound region stand out as the innovation leader in the world.  Be part of this exciting undertaking!

The Creativity and Innovation Panel will feature creativity and innovation success stories from around the Puget Sound with compelling businesses cases.

Our panel includes Lessons Learned from Tribal Gaming with Samuel Taylor, MS, I/O Practitioner & Organizational Development Manager, Lucky Eagle Casino and Cal Bray, Development Member, Lucky Eagle Casino.

We also welcome from Invista Performance Solutions panelists: Dr. Lisa Edwards (Global Solutions Officer) and Don Sosnowski (Director of Corporate Learning). Invista will profile creative and innovative learning solutions with clients including: Financial Pacific Leasing, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters and General Plastic Manufacturing.

In this session you will learn:

  • Top five habits of creative and innovative organizations and how your company and learning practice can apply them.
  • How workplace learning professionals play a vital role in using creative thinking to grow business and achieve results.
