CHAPTER MEETING EVENTS ATTENDEE CANCELLATION POLICY

The attendee cancellation policy for registration is as follows:

100% of the registration fee will be refunded if a cancellation request is at least 15 days prior to event; or a request to transfer registration to another attendee will be honored at no cost.

50% of the registration fee will be refunded if a cancellation request is received 14-3 days prior to event; or a request to transfer registration to another attendee will be honored at no cost.

Cancellations received less than 2 days prior to event will not be refunded or transferred.

Cancellation and transfer requests should be made directly to ATDps

SPECIAL EVENTS (NON-CHAPTER MEETING EVENTS) ATTENDEE CANCELLATION POLICY

The attendee cancellation policy for registration is as follows:

100% of the registration fee will be refunded if a cancellation request is 30 days prior to event; or a request to transfer registration to another attendee will be honored at no cost.

50% of the registration fee will be refunded if a cancellation request is received 29-15 days prior to event; or a request to transfer registration to another attendee will be honored at no cost.

Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to event will not be refunded. A request to transfer registration will be honored at no cost.

Cancellation and transfer requests should be made directly to ATDps

EXHIBITOR/SPONSOR REGISTRATION, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:

ATDps must receive full payment and names of attendees for exhibit space 14 days prior to date of event. Applications and payments submitted within 14 days of event are subject to a $75.00 late processing fee, the Sponsor Manager has the authority to determine late processing fee.

Exhibitors are allowed to register additional company representatives, above the sponsorship level, for the standard conference rate fee.

The exhibitor/sponsor cancellation policy is as follows:

100% of the registration fee will be refunded if a cancellation request is received 61 days prior to date of event

25% of the registration fee will be refunded if a cancellation request is received 60 -30 days prior to date of event

Cancellations received less than 29 days prior to date of event will not be refunded.
