As organizations report a widespread feeling of “DEI fatigue,” it is critical that core issues of inclusion and belonging remain front and center in workplaces. Join Dr. Shyama Venkateswar in an engaging webinar where she will focus on the tools, strategies, and other practical aspects of implementing and advancing a culture of inclusive leadership. Learn about the six core behaviors that exemplify inclusive leaders and understand how these behaviors must be intentionally cultivated in order for them to cascade downwards throughout the organization.

    During this event, you will:

    • Understand how to interrupt your own mindsets and behaviors that can hinder overall organizational inclusion efforts.
    • Experience firsthand the actionable strategies for culture change provided by Seramount’s research and insights.
    • Examine how building competencies can expand a leader’s toolkit to develop a culture of loyalty and belonging while driving innovation and collaboration in teams.

Primary Capability Covered: Organization Development & Culture

Participation in this event, either live or recorded, can be reported for one (1) point toward the professional development requirement for inital certification eligibility or recertification of the APTD or CPTD credential.
